Service Description

Give your dog the structure of a board & train program—without sending them away. With TM Canine’s Pick-Up & Train service, we come to you, work with your dog, send you videos of the lesson and drop them back off ready to show you what they’ve learned. How It Works - Customized Training Plan: We design a program around your goals—whether that’s obedience, confidence building, or resolving behavior challenges. Real-World Practice: Training takes place in multiple environments to build adaptability and reliability. Convenience for You: Your dog gets intensive training during the day while returning home at night, so their progress fits seamlessly into your routine. Added Benefits ✔ Video Recaps: Every session comes with a lesson video, so you can review progress and practice at home. ✔ Flexible Durations: Choose from our 3-day, 5-day, 10-day, 20-day, or 30-40-day program bundles based on your goals. Sessions are deducted from your account until your program is complete. ✔ Balanced Results: Professional guidance + your daily involvement = long-lasting success. This is the perfect solution for families who want the results of a structured training program, but don’t want to be separated from their dog.


Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Policy Advance Booking – Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation – A confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent once your booking is secured. Payment Requirement – A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Availability – Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis & subject to trainer availability. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Standard Notice – Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalties. Late Cancellations – Less than 24 hours’ notice results in a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy – Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Emergency Exceptions – Contact us immediately in case of emergencies. Waivers may be granted at TM Canine Services’ discretion. ⏳ Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist – Clients may request to join the waitlist if their preferred time is unavailable. Notification – Openings will be sent by SMS or email in the order requests are received. Response Window – Clients have 12 hours to confirm after notification. If no response, the slot goes to the next person. Priority – Clients with frequent cancellations or reschedules may receive lower priority. ⚖️ General Policies Trainer Substitution – If your trainer is unavailable, a qualified replacement will be provided, or your session may be rescheduled. Session Timing – Sessions begin and end on time. Late arrivals may reduce your session length without fee adjustments. Travel Policy – Sessions can take place at your home or a public location of your choice. Travel fees may apply outside the Ormond Beach – Edgewater area. 📲 Notifications & Communication By booking with TM Canine Services, you agree to receive SMS and email notifications related to your appointments (confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations). Clients may request limited communication preferences by contacting us before booking. ⚠️ Liability Waiver By booking a training session, consultation, or membership with TM Canine Services, you acknowledge and agree that: Dog training carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to dogs, handlers, or third parties. You assume all risks associated with your participation and your dog’s participation in training. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TM Canine Services, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities,
