Service Description
Give your dog the structure of a board & train program—without sending them away. With TM Canine’s Pick-Up & Train service, we come to you, work with your dog, send you videos of the lesson and drop them back off ready to show you what they’ve learned. How It Works - Customized Training Plan: We design a program around your goals—whether that’s obedience, confidence building, or resolving behavior challenges. Real-World Practice: Training takes place in multiple environments to build adaptability and reliability. Convenience for You: Your dog gets intensive training during the day while returning home at night, so their progress fits seamlessly into your routine. Added Benefits ✔ Video Recaps: Every session comes with a lesson video, so you can review progress and practice at home. ✔ Flexible Durations: Choose from our 3-day, 5-day, 10-day, 20-day, or 30-40-day program bundles based on your goals. Sessions are deducted from your account until your program is complete. ✔ Balanced Results: Professional guidance + your daily involvement = long-lasting success. Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all TM Canine Community services and group training events, including Leashed, Unleashed, Focused Blocks, Pop-Ups, private sessions, and structured programs. Booking & Payment: 1. All sessions must be booked online through the TM Canine website or TM Canine Community app. 2. A non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a spot. 3. Booking is first-come, first-served and subject to availability. 4. TM Canine Services does not bypass the booking system. Exceptions may be made at trainer discretion for established clients or trusted referrals. Cancellations: 1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. 2. Late cancellations, not confirming, and no-shows result in forfeiture of the down payment and may result in loss of the session. 3. Down payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Waitlists: 1. When a session is full, clients may join the waitlist. 2. If a spot becomes available, it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist in order of registration. 3. Notification may be sent via email, app notification, or message. Timely response is required to secure the spot. 4. Being placed on a waitlist does not guarantee placement. Session Changes: 1. TM Canine Services reserves the right to adjust session times, locations, group size, or structure due to weather, safety, or operational needs. 2. Additional blocks or sessions will be added when events fill. 3. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy.
