Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: - Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - Confirmation: Clients will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS upon successful booking. - Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. - Availability: Bookings are subject to trainer availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. - Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. - No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. - Emergency Cancellations: In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential waivers of cancellation fees. Waitlist Policy: - Joining the Waitlist: If a desired session time is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist by contacting us via email or phone. - Notification: Clients on the waitlist will be notified of openings via email or SMS in the order they joined the list. - Response Time: Once notified of an available slot, clients must respond within 12 hours to confirm the booking. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the offer being made to the next client on the waitlist. - Priority: Waitlist priority is given based on the order of requests received. Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule may be given lower priority. General Policies: - Trainer Changes: In the event of a trainer's unavailability, we will provide a suitable replacement or offer to reschedule the session at the client's convenience. - Session Time: Sessions start and end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
