Our CGC Prep Program is a structured, bundle-based training course that builds the skills your dog needs to succeed on the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. Whether your dog is starting from scratch or just needs refinement, we’ll create a plan that develops polite manners, impulse control, and composure in real-world situations. Instead of booking one session at a time, you’ll purchase a training bundle (3–40 days) and each session is deducted from your account until your program is complete. This approach ensures consistency, flexibility, and measurable progress toward CGC certification. 🔑 What’s Included - Initial Evaluation (1 Hour) – Assess your dog’s skills, identify areas of focus, and create a custom roadmap for success. Skill-Focused Sessions – Duration: 60-90 minutes - Work through the full CGC checklist, including: 1. Polite greetings with strangers. 2. Calm petting & handling. 3. Loose-leash walking. 4. Reliable recall & heel. 5. Staying calm when separated. 6. Ignoring distractions. 7. Long sit/stays and self-control. CGC Practice Tests – Simulated test sessions to identify gaps and build confidence. Final Test Prep – Review readiness, fine-tune skills, and get step-by-step guidance for exam success. Training Bundles - Choose the right bundle for your dog’s needs—sessions automatically deduct as you progress. 3–5 Day Kickstart Bundle – Focused skill polishing & foundation work. 10 Day Growth Bundle – Build confidence, consistency, and stronger manners. 20 Day Advanced Bundle – Sharpen performance across all 10 CGC test items. 30–40 Day Mastery Bundle – For dogs who need more reinforcement or complete transformation before testing. 🐕 Training Options Collaborative Training – Owner participates directly, learning alongside their dog. Trainer-Led Sessions with Video Updates if you cannot be there – Professional training done for you, with video updates for at-home reinforcement. 🚀 How It Works Purchase Your Bundle (3–40 days). Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy Advance Booking – Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation – A confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent once your booking is secured. Payment Requirement – A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Availability – Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis & subject to trainer availability. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Standard Notice – Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalties. Late Cancellations – Less than 24 hours’ notice results in a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy – Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Emergency Exceptions – Contact us immediately in case of emergencies. Waivers may be granted at TM Canine Services’ discretion. ⏳ Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist – Clients may request to join the waitlist if their preferred time is unavailable. Notification – Openings will be sent by SMS or email in the order requests are received. Response Window – Clients have 12 hours to confirm after notification. If no response, the slot goes to the next person. Priority – Clients with frequent cancellations or reschedules may receive lower priority. ⚖️ General Policies Trainer Substitution – If your trainer is unavailable, a qualified replacement will be provided, or your session may be rescheduled. Session Timing – Sessions begin and end on time. Late arrivals may reduce your session length without fee adjustments. Travel Policy – Sessions can take place at your home or a public location of your choice. Travel fees may apply outside the Ormond Beach – Edgewater area. 📲 Notifications & Communication By booking with TM Canine Services, you agree to receive SMS and email notifications related to your appointments (confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations). Clients may request limited communication preferences by contacting us before booking. ⚠️ Liability Waiver By booking a training session, consultation, or membership with TM Canine Services, you acknowledge and agree that: Dog training carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to dogs, handlers, or third parties. You assume all risks associated with your participation and your dog’s participation in training.
