Training and fun
Yesterday, after attending Tyler’s group training, Toby and Luna walked in their first ever parade (NSB Pooch Parade)! Wren met up with us at the end and we all hung out together amidst the masses of other dogs.
What an adventure and opportunity to further our own training with most other dogs being at the end of a long leash doing whatever they wanted.
I’m proud of us all and think we did a great job - being aware, keeping a good heel, advocating for and protecting our dogs as needed. The icing on the cake was the contest at the end for dog tricks and Luna won with her amazing obedience!
Next will be the St Patrick’s day Paws 2K on the beach in NSB on the 15th. More great training opportunities! Thanks Tyler for helping prepare us and our dogs to be able to do these events with confidence and trust.
